Diet & Nutrition plays an important role in the prevention as well as treatment of a disease. By eating the right kind of food at the right time, goes a long way in keeping us healthy.

If we select our food wisely, it can help us prevent various health issues. For eg. , eating seasonal fruits & vegetables, which grow in our vicinity , is always beneficial.
Avoid processed food , as far as possible.
Begin your day with plenty of water as water helps to flush out toxins and body’s wastes products. Water is the best Detox.

Take frequent small portions dividing them into 5 or 6 meals in a day
Chew your food properly. It will solve many of our digestion problems.
Eat your meals without any distractions of TV, mobile , or discussions.
Breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day, followed by a lighter lunch . Dinner should be the lightest meal.
